Against Time

Against Time

Dr. Martín Velasco, a brilliant quantum physicist, dedicates his life to building a secret government time-travel machine. This machine is designed to prevent pandemics and save millions of lives. While pursuing this ambition, he slowly neglects his marriage to Laura. She is the woman who once dreamed of conquering time alongside him.

As Martín loses himself in equations and research, Laura faces loneliness in their silent home. When doctors diagnose her with terminal cancer, she hides the worsening illness to protect him. By the time Martín discovers the truth, it is almost too late. He abandons his work and stays with her until her final moments.

Laura’s death destroys him.

Consumed by grief and regret, Martín returns to his research with a single purpose: saving the woman he lost. Years pass until he finally succeeds in activating the machine. It allows travel only into the past.

Without hesitation, Martín journeys back in time carrying an experimental treatment that could cure Laura before the disease takes her life. However, the journey comes at a cost — his body continues aging. He must also convince his younger self to trust a stranger who claims to be his future.

As paradoxes threaten reality itself, Martín fights not only against time, but against his own mistakes. He seeks redemption. He hopes to give Laura what he once failed to offer: presence, love, and the time they deserved together.

Against Time tells a story of sacrifice, second chances, and a love powerful enough to challenge destiny itself.
