The Identity Of The Track
DYING is a cinematic punk-rock noir thriller built around tension, addiction, and survival inside a single dangerous night. The track does not romanticize crime or self-destruction; it documents the psychological pressure of being trapped in bad decisions, relentless movement, and a city that never offers forgiveness.
Driven by gritty guitars, war-like percussion, and a dark orchestral backbone, DYING moves like a chase scene stretched across verses and choruses. Every section pushes forward with urgency, blurring the line between flight and collapse, where resistance exists not as heroism, but as refusal to stop.
Video Synopsis
Set during a single night in a crime-saturated city, the video follows the inner and physical descent of a man caught between drug empires, police pressure, and his own unraveling control. Neon lights, wet asphalt, and sirens form a hostile environment that reacts to every movement he makes.
The visuals unfold as a continuous escalation: illegal deals collapsing, armed enforcers closing in, chases through alleys and industrial spaces, and confrontations that feel inevitable rather than planned. The city itself becomes an antagonist — compressing space, limiting exits, and forcing constant motion.
There is no safe resolution. Only exhaustion, distance, and the sense that escape is temporary.
Editorial Note
With DYING, RitmoDJ embraces a stripped-down, observational approach to cinematic storytelling. The video avoids stylized hero framing and exaggerated drama, choosing instead grounded camera placement, restricted perspectives, and a constant feeling of pursuit.
Characters do not acknowledge the camera, perform for it, or seek empathy from it. The lens exists inside the environment, positioned as a silent witness rather than a participant. This reinforces the sense of inevitability that defines both the song and the visual narrative.
This release reinforces a defining principle of the RitmoDJ Sonic Multiverse: not every story ends with redemption. DYING concludes with a hard cut to black — a final breath, a fading siren, and the understanding that some nights do not resolve, they simply stop.

3️⃣ When she moves, the outcome is already decided.
Representative Chorus
I’m dying but I’m still on fire in the dark of the city night
I’m trying but every move I make ends in another fight
The blue lights flash like they can read my veins
I’m dying but I’m not ready for the chains
